Admission Preparation
At the scheduled time notified by our staff, please bring the following items to the Admission Service Center on the first floor of the Surgical Building. Take a queue number to complete admission registration. Before registration, scan the QR code on your Admission Notice via WeChat to fill in the patient’s information.
Required Items:
(a) Admission Notice
(b) ID card
(c) Social Security Card (or medical insurance card)
(d) Hospitalization deposit (amount specified on the Admission Notice)
(e) Personal essentials (e.g., toiletries, bedding for accompanying persons)
(f) For minors (under 18) with medical insurance, please bring the patient’s Social Security Card, ID card, and the original ID card of one guardian.
Bed Allocation
Due to limited bed availability in most departments, our hospital operates under a Hospital-Wide Bed Management System to prioritize timely admission. If no beds are available in your designated department, you may be assigned to another department. Rest assured, this will not affect your treatment or care. The Admission Service Center will contact you with bed availability details and exact admission timing. Please keep your phone accessible.
Inpatient Regulations
Once admitted, patients are not permitted to leave the hospital premises (including exiting the campus in hospital gowns). Those who leave without authorization or stay overnight outside the hospital will be considered automatically discharged the following day.
